Frank A. Stefansson, Jr., COO
Frank Stefansson serves as Photizo’s chief operations officer. Prior to joining Photizo, he served as Lyra’s CEO since 2000. Stefansson joined Lyra in 1994 as chief operating officer and was responsible for management of the company’s sales, marketing, research, editorial, finance and IT groups. Stefansson has more than 30 years of experience in IT industry market research and publishing.

Rob Sethre is a veteran of the printing and imaging industry with over 20 years of experience at leading companies such as Konica Minolta, Lexmark, Kyocera Mita, and Lanier. He has held key executive positions and his experience includes a broad range of geographies, product groups and functional responsibilities. Masahiko Ikeda, Senior Consultant
Masahiko Ikeda leads Photizo’s Japan office as a Senior Consultant. Ikeda has 29 years of experience developing sales, market, products, programs and channels in computer, PC peripherals, office equipment and software. He has previously served as the general manager for OEM & Alliance and as the general manager, printing solutions and services division with Lexmark.
Misty Gonzalez, Client Account Executive
Misty Gonzalez joined Photizo Group as editor and director of marketing in 2009. She has played a large part of developing Photizo’s events, publications and corporate communications. In her role now as client account executive, she will leverage her insights to be a trusted advisor to Photizo clients. Gonzalez is a graduate of Emerson College with a degree in Print and Multimedia Journalism and has worked with Boston magazine, American Program Bureau and currently provides independent consultations for print publications seeking to move to digital platforms.
Scott Hornbuckle, Consultant
Scott Hornbuckle is a consultant for Photizo Group; his responsibilities include outside sales and supporting client relations. Hornbuckle joined Photizo Group in 2008 and has served several roles during his tenure ranging from market analysis, proprietary research, custom consulting, director for multiple advisory services and sales. He has spoken at several industry events in multiple countries on topics including: imaging trends, disruptive technology, MPS software and other topics. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting as well as a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance.
Jiqiang Rong, Director, Primary Research
Prior to the acquisition of Lyra by Photizo, Rong served as Lyra’s director of primary research and senior analyst for toner supplies- and page volume-related research. He has strong knowledge of the Chinese digital imaging market. He was a project manager and statistician for two full-service market research companies, and has served as project manager for a benchmarking study of nascent entrepreneurs at Babson College.
Ryan Kelly, Project Manager
Ryan Kelly coordinates team members and engages with clients to ensure consulting projects are completed on time and at the exacting standards of Photizo Group. Prior to joining Photizo, he oversaw the production of artwork for one of the nation’s leading fine art fabricators. Ryan served in the United States Peace Corps in Honduras and holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin.

Ann Priede, Vice President, Advisory Services and Consulting
A veteran of the printer industry, Ann Priede has broad managerial responsibilities within Photizo. She has held positions with Lyra, Konica Minolta (formerly Minolta-QMS and QMS) and NEC Imaging Technologies. During the past 20 years, she also has held the positions of senior product manager, manager of national accounts, manager of sales training, and application support specialist.
Mike Huster, Director of Research Analysts, Senior Analyst
Mike Huster has been in the hardcopy and technology industry for more than 20 years. He has worked for IBM and Lexmark in a variety of management positions in engineering, sales, finance, e-commerce, and worldwide marketing. Recognizing the MPS trend, Huster seized the opportunity to join Photizo Group as a senior partner in 2006. Learn more.
Larry Jamieson, Director, Hardware Advisory Service / Supplies Advisory Service
Larry Jamieson leads Photizo’s Hardware Advisory Service. He has more than 30 years of experience in the information processing industry. Previously, Jamieson was responsible for ink jet and laser desktop printer and MFP analysis, forecasting, and client support at Lyra. Prior to 1995, Jamieson was associate director of the Electronic Printer Service at BIS Strategic Decisions.
Ken Stewart, Director, MPS Advisory Service
Ken Stewart works as a director at Photizo Group, leading the Managed Print Services Advisory Service and Partner Transformation channel consulting practice. Recognized as one of the Top 40 most influential people in the imaging industry for 2013, Stewart graduated from Western Governors University with a BS in Information Technology Network Management. A decorated, former U.S. Marine, Ken has successfully navigated the technology and business landscape for over fifteen years by building bridges between people, technology and processes to achieve results.

Abbie Mantor, Publications Editor
Abbie Mantor has recently joined Photizo Group as Publication Editor; her primary responsibility is bringing leadership to the growing io360 publication. A graduate of Olivet Nazarene University with a degree in Journalism, Mantor brings a wide range of marketing and publications experience.
Jennifer Sekelsky, Research Manager
Jennifer Sekelsky provides research and analysis for Photizo Group’s publications and services group. Prior to Photizo Group’s acquisition of Lyra Research, Sekelsky was head of Lyra’s Secondary Research Group, where she was responsible for researching and compiling new product data regarding the printing and imaging industry from a wide variety of sources. She was also an associate editor for The Hard Copy Observer, focusing on overseas business news. Sekelsky has also worked for Harvard University’s Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics.
Scott Dunham, Research Manager
Scott Dunham is a Research Manager for Photizo Group, and is leading Photizo’s expansion into the world of 3D with market analysis and research. Scott has been with Photizo Group for two years researching Managed Print Services and the imaging industry, and is now looking to provide insight into new opportunities.
Terri Crowley, Director, Conferences and Events
Terri Crowley oversees Photizo’s global series of Transform conferences. She is responsible for managing logistics and arrangements including facilities, food, handouts and technology for each event. Crowley coordinates the conference agenda and is responsible for qualifying speaker applications. Crowley joined Photizo in 2008 and has held positions in data process management and office administration.
