Mike joined Electronics For Imaging as General Manager of EFI’s Service Automation division in 2003. Mike Heacock is the vice president and general manager of Managed Print Services for the Xerox Graphic Communications Business Group. He is responsible to refine and extend the MPS Offering into the Graphic Communications customer base which includes Office Superstores, Facilities Management Providers and Commercial Printers. He has global responsibility and his oversight spans sales, implementation, operations and partner management. Prior to joining the Graphics Business group, Heacock managed the full continuum of MPS Offerings across Large Enterprise and Channel organizations focusing on new offering development and integration with Xerox and third-party hardware and solutions. Prior to that he was part of the Global Technology Services Group where he supported Xerox Global Services Offer Planning & Development. Prior to joining Xerox in 2006 Heacock was a vice president at Pitney Bowes and Danka Services International working in their managed services teams in a variety of positions which included Enterprise Account Management, Business Strategy & Planning and New Services Development. He has worked as an account executive at Sun Microsystems and prior to that he held numerous management positions at the Eastman Kodak Company. Heacock spent his early career in the U.S. Army and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Keith is President, Pharos Systems, a vendor-neutral, multi-vendor software and services provider specializing in the management and strategic sourcing of print in the office, in internal production/data centers, and with externally procured print. Keith has a total of 34 years in the print industry, the past 18 as President, PathForward, a company he founded in January, 1997 that owned multiple print and fulfillment businesses, was acquired by Standard Register in July, 2002 and merged with Pharos Systems in September, 2009. Keith also spent 16 years with Eastman Kodak Company where he rose to the position of General Manager and VP of Office Imaging in the US/Canada Region. He spent three of those years based in London and was responsible for building Kodak’s outsourcing business and its channel partner relationships with EFI, Lanier and Canon. In 2000, Keith received the inaugural POD Pioneer of the Millennium Award, recognizing him as one of the ten most influential leaders in digital printing. He has been involved in more than 24 mergers and acquisitions, and has led more than 150 consulting, management and sourcing engagements. He has spoken at numerous On Demand, Xplor, IPMA, and assorted ACUP/Big 10 Printers events. He is a co-founder and member of the Intelligent Print Forum organized to provide change agents in the field of print with access to vendor-neutral peer group leaders sharing practical insights into best practices, a data repository of benchmarks, and informal personal support amongst members. Keith has been an adjunct faculty member at RIT’s School of Media Sciences since 2002 where he teaches courses in “Marketing” and “Leadership”. In that timeframe he has nurtured more than 500 students who desire to be in print. He is an honors graduate of Michigan State University.

He has built and managed recycling and environmental programs for Loyola Marymount University and Teradata Corporation (formerly an AT&T subsidiary). He also headed the sales and marketing department for American Electronics Corporation for 11 years. Ron joined Supplies Network in April 2008 as the Managed Print Program Advisor. The following year he was promoted to Program Manager and in 2010 his role transitioned to MPS Operations Manager. In 2013, he was promoted to Director of MPS Operations.
