Scope of Privacy Policy

Photizo’s Privacy Policy covers the treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that is gathered when you access this Site, when you purchase our goods, and when you use our services. PHOTIZO DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS. PHOTIZO FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

Children’s Use of the Site

The Site is accessible to anyone who has access to the Internet. This Site is not intended or designed to attract anyone under the age of 18 years. We do not filter advertisements or other content that children may view through our Site or our linked sites. As such, they could receive content and materials from the Internet and/or advertising that are inappropriate for children. In the event that we learn that a user is under 13 years of age, we will promptly delete any Personal Information that we have collected about that user. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to consider using an electronic filtering software.

California Privacy Rights

Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83 to 1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal customer information we share with third parties or corporate affiliates for those third parties’ or corporate affiliates’ direct marketing purposes.
